Great doctor, with a great heart, who cares for his patients. However, if you cannot handle the truth about your health, you may want to find another doctor - he cares too much to sugar coat things so you can "feel good" about your health!
I was looking for a new primary care doctor after years of PA care at Rocky Mount Family Medical Center and after trying on other doctor's office that was so horrible I can't even remember the name. Dr. Arthur was a breath of fresh air. He actually took the time to listen to me and ask question to get a better understanding. I haven't had that kind of care in a LONG time. I've been recommending him every since.
